Bathroom Remodel

Many people want a new space, but aren't sure where to begin.  So, they pick up the phone and call a contractor for an estimate.  The contractor comes over, talks about the project and gives you an idea of what it will cost.  Let's face it, most of us have a budget for our project and guessing on the end price will most certainly leave room for frustration.

The only way to really understand what your project will cost is to supply a contractor with a completed design package.  I have spent most of my career in the design-build arena and have specialty skills in putting together a set that will allow contractors to supply you with a bid for a well-vetted, completed design.  I will walk you through every decision involved in the design of your project.  At the end of it, you will have a comprehensive package with all the information a contractor needs to give you a detailed bid.  Present the package to ten contractors and they are all bidding on exactly the same project, thus eliminating the guesswork.

FINAL PACKAGE WILL INCLUDE:

1.    As-built floor plans, showing existing conditions

2.    Demolition plan

3.    Final floor plan

4.    All necessary dimensions

5.    Vendor quotes

6.    Elevations

7.    Electrical plan

8.    Detailed notes

9.    Selections sheet with all specifications, pricing, sources and lead times

10.  Any information that may be project-specific and required to convey intent
